COMMERCIAL LOAN PROCESSOR

We are hiring multiple Commercial Loan Processor positions to support both our existing operations team and our ever expanding sales force.

We are looking for someone that has loan funding and document processing experience (Equipment Finance, Automotive, or Mortgage) as well as someone with some experience in a customer service capacity. Past sales experience is not required, but you will have to be comfortable with speaking with clients over the phone and enjoy building relationships with our client and dealer base.

At CFF you will be responsible for…

  • Preparing contracts to go out to our customer’s, for their signature, on the equipment they are financing.
  • Preparing accurate documentation requests to go to our dealer and insurance relationships, to request missing documents and/or corrections to documents already in our possession.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with our customer, dealer and insurance company partners via phone and email.
  • Comfortable providing copious documentation, during every stage of the process, in the CRM.
  • Able to review multiple documents for accuracy to meet various funding requirements.
  • Comfortable clearly communicating with our funding partners in a professional and timely manner, to ensure transactions are funded quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of processing requests from several different entities. i.e.: our internal sales department, external relationships, such as vendors and insurance agencies and our lending partners.

At CFF you will need to have…

  • Spanish Speaker Preferred.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize, while working independently, without getting overwhelmed.
  • Must be able to have control of your activities with limited supervision.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively through email, clearly articulating your expectations of the recipient, with limited spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Must be comfortable speaking over the phone, and building relationships with various clients, dealers, and insurance partners.
  • Must have solid foundational knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and be comfortable moving in and out of digital files to locate and/or save appropriate documents.
  • Must be comfortable utilizing a CRM. We use LeasePath, however, if you’re not familiar with it but have used Sales Force or CRMs similar to Sales Force in the past, it will help when learning LeasePath.

  • Full Time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
  • Salary ranges from $42,000.00 to 47,000.00, depending on experience.

At CFF you will be responsible for…

Cold calling to engage with financial decision makers

Interacting with owner/operators, business owners, and dealers to help finance their equipment needs

Warm calling into previous customer-base to reestablish relationships.

Evaluate all aspects of potential transactions to determine appropriate Loan or Lease programs that match credit profile, equipment type and customer expectations

Prepare loan submission, ensuring all stipulations are satisfied with required documents

Structure approvals, present and close customers on terms.

Provide industry-leading customer service: speed, expertise and effective communication

Build, maintain and grow a pipeline of customers and equipment vendors

At CFF you will need to have…

5 years minimum experience in a sales environment, with a documented track record of success.

Successful candidates must exhibit a strong desire to succeed, competitive drive, and the ability to close transactions and meet individual weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals

Experience in financial services sales (Equipment Leasing, Automotive F&I, Mortgage origination, etc.) is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Must be able to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of lease and loan products, pricing, and structure

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, T Value and ACT

Industry leading compensation program. Average first year compensation is over $75,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000. Sales Team members with over 3 years’ average over $300,000 annually.
