Inside Sales Representative


Commercial Fleet Financing, Inc. (CFF) is growing, and we are looking to bring on highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to join 28-year-old equipment finance company. The ISR position is a salaried training and development role, designed to build a successful book of business to support a full commission role within our organization. Sales team members average over $155,000 in their second year, and $268,000 in year three.

We are looking for achievement-driven individuals. We offer an environment that encourages its members to excel in their career, and offers truly fair compensation for outstanding results. CFF’s commission structure is above the industry average and is uncapped.

We have seen previous F&I managers, commercial equipment sales, software sales and generally top performers in phone sales do extremely well in this role.
