CFF is one of the largest independently owned commercial equipment finance companies in America, helping small business owners in the transportation, moving, towing and construction industries build great companies. While our platform is equipment financing, President Matt Manero takes great satisfaction in helping you, our customers, be successful business owners.

KILLING CHAOS, MATT MANERO:

I want to share some truth with you. The truth that for most of my career I wasn’t living up to my potential. Because of that, neither was the business. You know the feeling. There are many days where you know you’re not living up to your potential and therefore your company isn’t living up to your potential. You know you have chaos in your business. You know that you don’t have efficiencies. When it’s real quiet and it’s just you alone in your thoughts, you’re not sure you can trust those thoughts. Am I building something that’s going to stand the test of time? Can I trust the revenue? How do I deal with that nasty employee who’s cancerous to my organization, but I need their revenue? Trust me, I lived it.

We all seem to exist the way the author Michael Gerber mentioned in his book E-myth. We suffer from an ‘entrepreneurial seizure’. Hell, I went to cooking school for goodness sake. I don’t have an MBA in finance. I was the number one sales guy at another company, and I hated the boss. So, guess what, I left and started my own company. You did the same thing. Maybe you are the number one driver, or you are the best salesperson at your company, or the best dispatcher and you said, “I don’t want to do this anymore. I’m going to run my own business.” The reality is that neither of us know how to run a business and that’s why we’re troubled. With chaos, sooner or later we must do one thing. We have to draw a line in the sand and ask ourselves; is the business going to continue like this forever? Is it going to be this messy? This difficult? Or are we going to learn and fix it? Are we going to build a legacy-based company that we can trust? Do we have happy employees? Do we have customers that want to do business with us? I’m here to tell you I did it. I fixed the problems. I searched for content and material and I put it in to place once I found it.

I want to share that content with you. We’re offering a four-part video series where I’ll talk about the truth in your business. I’m going to call you out and tell you what the problems are, then give you the strategies to fix it, just like I did in my business.

Here’s what’s going to happen; you’ll get happy employees. You’ll get more satisfied and more loyal customers. Your revenue is going to take off. You’ll get more time with your family. You’ll be a happier person. Trust me on this, I’m a much happier person today than I was four years ago. So, join me on this four-part video journey. I’ll see you down the road my friend.
